All of our pieces are made by hand in our studio and produced in small batches. Pre-orders ensure your place in line for our next production cycle and help us minimize waste and overproduction.

Estimated Lead Time

Each piece takes 4–6 weeks to craft for small orders, glaze, and fire. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to ship or pick up.

Full Payment Required

Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase to reserve your piece. Because each order is made specifically for you, all sales are final.

Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we cannot accept changes or cancellations. Please review your selection carefully before confirming your purchase.

One-of-a-Kind Variations

Each plate is unique. Small variations in shape, color, or texture are part of the beauty of handmade ceramics and are to be expected.

Shipping & Pick-Up

When your order is complete, we will notify you with tracking info or pick-up instructions from our studio. For local orders, we offer in-studio pick-up by appointment.
