Terms of Service & Studio Policies

In-Person Experience: All workshops are held exclusively at our studio in Dorado, Puerto Rico.
Arrival & Punctuality: Participants are responsible for their own arrival; the studio is not liable for delays due to traffic or parking.
GPS & Coordination: Exact location and GPS pins are shared via Email or WhatsApp only after registration is finalized.

Notice Period: For large groups, cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the event date.
Rescheduling Fee: If the 7-day notice is provided, you may reschedule once within 60 days for a $100 administrative fee, subject to availability.
No-Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable.
Forfeiture: Failure to attend, arriving more than 30 minutes late, or cancelling within the 7-day window results in the forfeiture of the reservation.
Guest Swaps: You may replace individual guests at no extra cost if we are notified 24 hours in advance.

Artisanal Nature: Variations in shape, color, and texture are natural and celebrated characteristics of handmade ceramics.
Timeline: The drying and double-firing process takes 4 to 6 weeks.
Kiln Risks: Clay is a natural material; while rare, pieces may crack or break during firing. No refunds or remakes are provided for these inherent risks.
Pickup Window: Pieces must be collected within 60 days of notification or they will be discarded.

Instruction: Workshops are led by our expert team of instructors trained by founder Laura Serrano.
Assignments: The studio reserves the right to assign or change instructors based on availability.
Promotional Use: The studio may photograph your team and the pieces for promotional use unless you opt out in writing at the start of the session.
